How Will I Receive My Pack(s) After Purchase?
Through our direct delivery system, all customers will be provided with downloads instantly after checking out. Please check your email inbox for links, as well as Spam folders.
Are Loops & Midi Pack(s) Are Royalty Free?
All sample packs and drum kits (unless explicitly stated) are 100% royalty free for both, selling beats online and independent use as well as placements with major artists and labels. Sample clearance guaranteed! That means paying customers have the chance to use our intellectual property without the need to pay royalties.
Refund Policy
All purchases are final and no refunds may be issued under any circumstances. By purchasing, you are agreeing to these terms. The reason we cannot provide refunds is because once a digital good has been sent, it cannot be revoked.
What if I lost (Or Didn't Receive) My Order?
Not to worry. You can request a fresh download link from us. We will send you a new download link within 24 hours of receiving your order number and email address. Just Contact Us!
What about publishing rights and content id?
Producers Mode owns the products and grants you a non-exclusive license to use them. If you use our loops, we recommend that you do some basic creativity. If you don't, and someone uses the same sound as it is, he has the right to give you the strike, but it will be done in the rare case, so in that situation, we cannot help you because who done it first has the first right, but in that case, you can tell the platform where you received the strike that these sounds are royalty-free, and it may be able to help you.
